Welcome to the Suomikoulu DC 2024-25 school year registration! We kindly ask you to complete one form per family by September 15 to help us organize our classes. Here's an overview of our preliminary class groups:
1. POROT (Ages 3-5)
2. ILVEKSET (Ages 6-8)
3. KARHUT (Ages 9-13)
Our teacher team will use the provided student information to create groups based on age and fluency in the Finnish language. Feel free to suggest a specific group that you believe would be best suited for your child.
All our classes are in-person. The school meets at Oak Street Elementary School (601 S Oak St, Falls Church, VA 22046) from 10 am to 1 pm on following Saturdays:

- December 14 (Christmas Party)
- January 11
- January 25

- May 3
- May 17 (Spring Party)
Tuition fees for the 2024-25 school year are the following:
- $499 for families with one child
- $895 for families with two children
- $1,100 for families with three children
Tuition fees are non-refundable and due by October 5, 2024. Due to overall increased costs and financial pressure, Suomikoulu DC had to increase tuition fees. We hope that you understand that we could not keep the fees unchanged. But in case you think that the fees are too high for your family, please reach out to us.
