Participation Self-Evaluation for Transforming Cultures and Technologies: Gender, Race, and Digital Media
Use this form to evaluate your participation in WMST 498P. In addition to giving you a grade, this should help me to understand how you were engaging with the class in ways that might not have been immediately evident to me. I need this form by December 11 or you will risk an unfairly low participation score.

If I don't think that your self-evaluation matches my perception of how you were in class, I might change your score (in either direction). If I do, I will explain my reasons on ELMS. If I make any changes you don't agree with, you can try writing me a persuasive email.

Being honest is likely to improve your score.

What are you proud of? What would you like to have done differently?
Finally, of everything we've read and done this semester, what will you take forward with you into next semester and beyond? *
Or to put it differently: what would you encourage me to keep on my syllabi forever? Is there anything would you like me to abandon?
Based on your answers to the questions above, what is your score for participation? *
Give yourself a grade, or else add up 50 points total: your answers to the first four questions, then 5 points for your answers to each of the last questions.
And finally...
Is there anything else you'd like to tell me about your participation in the class, or the class in general?
This might be a good place to tell me anything you'd rather say non-anonymously and privately than in the formal space of course evals.
