Brainfood CSA Subscription
Hey there!  Thanks for your interest in signing up for 6 weeks of delicious food and local produce through the Brainfood CSA Program.  

Here's how the CSA subscription works: Fill out the form below if you're interested in subscribing. We'll get in touch in June to confirm that we have a share for you and share instructions on how to pay. Your payment of $250 confirms your subscription for 6 weeks of Brainfood CSA boxes.  

Subscribers can pick up their weekly box at our Mount Vernon Square site (900 Massachusetts Ave. NW) every Thursday evening from June 28th to August 2nd. Eat. Enjoy. Repeat.

A couple quick reminders about this subscription form:

- You must be able to pick up your box on Thursday evenings from our Mount Vernon Square site. While we're long on kitchen talent, we're short on wheels, and we don't have the capacity to deliver boxes.

- It is $250 for the 6-week box subscription. Just like a CSA subscription, your payment up front supports the program and our teen chefs throughout the summer.

Each box will contain a mix of prepared foods made by our teen chefs plus local, organically grown produce. Just like a CSA share, where subscribers don't know what produce they'll be receiving week to week, we'll be surprising you with a unique mix of prepared goodies and seasonal produce in each box.  

Food allergies and restrictions: Please let us know if you have allergies to any food ingredients and we'll adjust accordingly
Can you pick up your Brainfood CSA Box on Thursday evenings at our Mount Vernon Square site? *
Brainfood's Mount Vernon Square site is at 900 Massachusetts Ave. NW, between the Chinatown & Mt. Vernon Square Metro stops.
Do you have any food allergies that we should be aware of? *
Each box will include a list of ingredients that go into our prepared food items.  We will try our best to substitute a comparable food product or produce item if need be.
What ways can you help give us feedback on box quality and content? *
We're trying to put together a delicious product, and we can do our job better with your input!
