2019-2020 Berea City School District College Credit Plus Intent Form
Each year, all students interested in participating in College Credit Plus (CCP), MUST complete a CCP Intent Form to participate in the 2019 -2020 school year.

Completing the INTENT FORM is an annual requirement for all students returning to the program and new to the program. This program is for eligible students enrolled in grades 7-12 for the 2019 -2020 school year.

Please complete this BCSD College Credit Plus (CCP) Intent form for the 2019-2020 school year by April 1st, 2010. It is recommended that you turn this form in as soon as possible.

This form will close on April 1st. Keep in mind, in order to take a college placement test, you must have this form completed prior to taking each respective college placement tests for Tri-C or LCCC.

District Site Testing will occur on the following dates for each building listed:
