Contestants are responsible for purchasing all your food, drink, and sampling materials like plates, napkins, table, and a chair for you. No contestant is permitted to sell their food or drinks unless they are properly licensed. I understand that I am participating in outdoor community activities and that there may be some inadvertent hazards to my personal safety and/or property, therefore I release PGHretail, its' volunteers, coordinators, and other participating organizations in the California MArket events from liabilities of personal injury or loss during any community activity I participate in or any event related to PGHretail and The California Markets.
