Prism Contributor Application for Merch Artists
Thank you so much for your interest in PRISM - A speedrun LGBTQ+ zine! This zine will be a multifandom project that will include a variety of fandom, original, and historical pieces. We heavily recommend that your pitches are detailed and varied. Due to the nature of this project, pitches will be a huge deciding factor if we will move forward with you as a contributor. 

If you have any questions for us, please reach out to us and we'll help as much as we can! Make sure to check out the infodoc as well for specs and requirements of you as a contributor.

I am aware that this is a speedrun zine and will have a tighter schedule than most. I have read the schedule on the infodoc and should be able to follow it.

Our pitches are going to work a bit differently than most zines. We will be requiring two pitches: one of canon/canon coded or OC character reps OR of historical figures and reps.

The second one will lean more towards headcanons and more shipping content, but can be something similar to pitch one.

The third one is optional.

For pitch one, please put down a canon or canon coded LGBTQ+ character, person, or event. This is based on our interest check of how many people wanted this option and we wanted to cover base here.

What is their sexuality and what fandom are they are a part of? If it is an oc, just say original content, please. We will want the oc's sexuality and gender as well. 

For historical figures and events, please provide their names and/or events. You may also pitch personal testimonials/thoughts/experiences.

We would also like to know what type of merch you'd like to do.
