Spring 2026 Employer/4-Year Colleges/Armed Forces Information Table - Registration
Thank you for your interest in visiting our campus and for offering your organizational information to our students! 

Please use this registration form to select dates/times for hosting an information table on campus. To ensure our students are able to meet with a diverse group of employers, transfer institutions, and armed forces partners, organizations are limited to (1) information table per week. 

*Please note that this is form is NOT intended as a sign up to table at an on-campus fair.*

All registrations are subject to an approval process. A confirmation email will be sent to the Contact email confirming your booked date/time slot. Filled slots will be removed off of this list. If you are interested in another date/time not listed below or would like to host a virtual information session, please contact the Career & Services Team. 

*NEW* Location of Information Tables (CCC Campus Map): 
  • Commons. Two 8 ft. rectangle tables are available for use and are located to the right after entering the Commons main entrance. The Commons building has student services offices and the dining hall. Two different agencies may table at one time. 
  • Chemung Hall. One 8 ft. rectangle table is available and is located within the main entrance of Chemung Hall (enter through double electronic sliding doors, to the left). Chemung Hall is our busiest classroom building. One agency may table at a time.

Additional Information: 
  • There is free wi-fi available on campus ("cccair")
  • Please provide your own tablecloth. Tables are 8 feet long.
