Vendor Requirements *

I acknowledge that Balloon Dreams by Krys, Little’s Playland, G&G Market and Opal Car Wash are not responsible or liable for any lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged items before, during, or after the event.

LIABILITY: I understand it is my responsibility to obtain proper permits, licensing, and insurance for my business. I participate at my own risk.

Vendors are responsible for set-up, teardown and cleaning of their space. You must pick up any and all trash during and after the event. Please note if you leave your area dirty you will not be allowed to return to future markets and any fees paid for future dates will be forfeited

I agree to promote the event at least 2x per week on my social media platforms

I acknowledge that Balloon Dreams by Krys, Little’s Playland, G&G Market and Opal Car Wash are not responsible or liable for any sales quotas.
