✦ I have the right to deny commission requests, cancel them and refuse to make certain changes to the art after sketch has been completed (I do not do refunds after the sketch is completed)

✦ Turnaround time within 4 weeks unless otherwise specified (most likely within a week depending on queue)
✦ Payments are always upfront (within 24hrs) unless the payment exceeds $200, a payment plan can be arranged
✦ I will send you a sketch for approval, any work past this point cannot be refunded
✦ After the commission is completed, I will send you a full resolution file (.psd) and image (.png)

✦ If I have accepted your commission and you are unable to pay OR you frequently cancel requested commissions I retain the right to blacklist you from future commissions. 

✦ You may not trace or copy any of my art including commissions (referencing allowed) without my explicit permission

✦ You may not use my art in conjunction with an AI or learning program used to study/replicate art

✦ Do not remove my watermark, feel free to edit the image

✦ Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed with proper credit (my username), feel free to use it however you would like (pfp, banner etc.)

✦ Do not claim my artwork as your own creation

✦ I have the right (copyright) to post/use (edit or modify) commissions as examples of artwork, I will ask if you would like to be tagged in a post

✦ Most species with fur and skin (mammals, some amphibians) or simplified species
✦ Nsfw for 18+ commissioners only

✦ Offensive/illegal content
✦ Long muzzles, I will shorten them to fit my art style!  I draw short muzzles/kemono face only
✦ Complicated backgrounds or scenes (patterns or clouds are okay!)

✦ Hyper, masculine characters, humans, complicated species, characters without arms/limbs robots/mecha/vehicles, or fetish (ask).
