Event Registration Form

Make sure this is submitted at least two weeks prior to the event.

Submit an Event Evaluation Form after the event.

This does not include regularly scheduled club/organization meetings. Events that must be registered include but are not limited to: inviting students campus wide, inviting the community, hosting speakers, having a movie day/night, hosting educational programs, hosting an event off campus, etc. If you have any questions or concerns or for more information please contact NHStudentLife@LoneStar.edu.
