Theme: A little bit country denim

Cost:      $60 per ticket

Menu: Share Plates Served On Each Table
- bruschetta with salmon, dill & caper aioli
- smoked chorizo on continental cucumber with Moroccan crème fraiche
- house baked Turkish style breads, tzaziki and hommus dips
- rice paper spring rolls with spicy peanut sauce

Self-Serve Buffet Dinner
- oven baked lemon thyme chicken tenderloins
- mustard crusted chargrilled beef skewers
- slow roasted apple cider glazed pork belly
- vegetable curry served with pilaf rice (v)

Sides
- crisp garden salad with balsamic dressing (v)
- green beans with sesame & lemon dressing (v)
- potato salad with traditional German dressing
- bread gravy

This year there will be RESERVED Tables of 8 people (seating chart will be available on night). This way everyone is guaranteed preferential seating. You may choose team tables, peer groups or let me “Meet &  Greet” you with other club members.
So before you book, choose your dinning companions and  a table name as you will need both for booking.

NB: If less than 8 in booking, then you will be contacted to find suitable dinning partners for the night.
United Hockey Club prefers payment before booking.

NB: Please take note of your bank transfer receipt because you will need this for booking. If you cannot arrange a transfer please call me for alternate arrangements.

There will be surprises and entertainment on the night. you won't know what if you don't show up.!
