The Godiva ROY Award Committee invites your help in compiling a list of candidates for the 2017 Male and Female Runners of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year.

As there are three awards, you are invited to fill out multiple forms to cover all categories. You are also welcome to nominate more than one person in an individual category. For example, if you think there was one male runner, two female runners, and three volunteers who all had noteworthy performances, please feel free to nominate all of them.

The committee will announce the award winners at the club's annual banquet in the spring.

(REQUIRED FIELD) Please describe the accomplishments of the nominee and why they deserve the 2016 Godiva Runner or Volunteer of the Year award. There are no strict requirements for these awards. It may be pure athletic achievements, overcoming adversity, being a great ambassador for running, or anything else that caused this member to stand out and deserve to be recognized.
