If your application is accepted, you will receive further information at the email address you provide below. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM US BY JUNE 25TH, THEN ALL VENDING HAS BEEN FILLED. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT BOMBARD US WITH EMAILS ASKING IF WE RECEIVED YOUR APPLICATION. IF YOU FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION THEN WE HAVE YOUR INFO AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU IF AND WHEN A SPACE BECOMES AVAILABLE.
Our criteria for vending at the festival is that you must have QUALITY merchandise with an emphasis on SUSTAINABILITY.
NOTE: We will NOT be accepting food vendors for RW2K17.
It will be necessary to be set up, and ready for inspection by 8 AM on Thursday, July 20th and have all loading vehicles cleared from vending area at that time as well. You must be open and operating from 9 AM each morning (you may be open earlier) until one half hour after the last band finishes for the evening. You may operate 24/7, however, these are the minimum requirements.
You may not move or tear down your vending area or trailer until the festival is over on Sunday evening, and ALL of your applicable fees have been paid in full and your area has been checked for cleanliness by our Vending Coordinator. There will be vendor parking and camping behind your booth as well as an area for vehicles to drop off more supplies to vendors throughout the weekend.
