2025 - 2026 POSITIVE DIRECTION                    BASKETBALL ACADEMY                            REGISTRATION FORM
Session - September through February 
Instructional Saturday Sessions - Begin September 20, 2025 (A Full schedule of Instructional Sessions will be provided in the upcoming weeks)
Ages 3 through 5 - 8:00am - 9:00am 
Ages 6 through 10 - 9:00am - 10:15am 
Ages 11 through 14 - 10:15am - 11:45am

Games - Sunday Sessions  (A Full schedule of Game Sessions will be provided in the upcoming weeks)
Games scheduled between 9:00am and 12:00pm

Cost - $300.00 
Includes: Uniform, Instructional Sessions, Games, Red Carpet Media Day, Championship and Trophy Day
                                          
All monies paid are non-refundable. Once a session is filled, we will not accept anymore registrations.

Children should wear shorts, T-shirt and sneakers for all instructional sessions and the required uniform to all game sessions. Sneakers MUST be worn at all times.  

The Program is held at St. Clare Catholic Academy 137-25 Brookville Blvd Rosedale, NY 11422 - Entrance on 241st Street (4 Brown Doors)

This form will only need to be filled out one time. Money can be paid in cash, check made payable to Positive Direction or by Zelle to 7186403128.
