Monthly Cost for Basketball Academy  - $80.00

To Reserve a spot, you must pay your fee by the 25th of the month before. 

All monies paid are non-refundable. Once a session is filled, we will not accept anymore registrations.

Children should wear shorts, T-shirt and sneakers. Be sure to bring water or Gatorade.  

The Program is held at St. Clare Catholic Academy 137-25 Brookville Blvd Rosedale, NY 11422 - Entrance on 241st Street (4 Brown Doors)

This form will only need to be filled out one time. Money can be paid in cash, check or by Zelle to 7186403128.
