The following fees apply per Waist Bead. Before your order can be processed, A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. This deposit excludes shipping cost. A completed payment is required by shipping date. Please be aware that custom order completion takes between 5-7 days after placed. Any part of the form not pertaining to your order REPLY NA.
