The Alberta SDG Hub Application form

- Be between the ages of 18 and 24
- Be current residents of Alberta
- Submit completed application
- Participate in monthly program meetings (online/phone)
- Be available between Nov 22nd- 23rd inclusive for a training weekend in Edmonton
