-------- How to Enter --------

Bake, construct, and decorate a fully edible or compostable Gingerbread Creation to be displayed Saturday, December 13, 2013 at The International Cafe at the 5th Street Market.  Please note that structures will be unrefrigerated.
BASE:  Creations should be built on a sturdy decorated base no larger than 24” x 24”.  The base does not need be compostable. Creations should not overhang the base.
HEIGHT:  There are no height restrictions, but Creations must be structurally sound.

Fill out an information form upon delivery providing:
Name of your Creation
List of Materials
Project Team Members and Ages
Design Intent/Concept

Deliver your Creation between 10:00 and 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 13th to the International Cafe at the 5th Street Market.  On-site construction, decorating, or assembly (other than minor repairs) is not permitted.

-------- Rules --------
Creations will be on display from 10:00 A.M until 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 13th at the International Cafe at the 5th Street Market.  
Unless otherwise requested in entry form, all entries will be included in the Silent Auction from 11:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
All unclaimed entries must be picked up by Saturday, December 20th from The Octagon, 92 E. Broadway, Eugene by appointment or they will be donated.
Participants agree that photos or likenesses of their entry may be used for promotion, publicity, or advertising without compensation.
Care will be taken to help ensure the safe display of creations, but we do not guarantee the safety or security of your creation and cannot be held responsible for any damages.
We reserve the right to refuse any entries that are deemed inappropriate to display at 5th Street Market.
