Application Fee Waiver Request-Fall 2025
The School of Statistics is pleased to provide graduate application fee waivers for entry in Fall 2025 to the
first 90 United States citizens or permanent residents to submit this form.
There are NO REMAINING FEE WAIVERS for international applicants.
This form is ONLY for MS and PhD applications to the School of Statistics.
It is very important that you make this request
