I understand that the Norwin School District rules require students ride the bus to and from all district events and departure from this requirement will release the Norwin School District from all liability for any adverse results that may occur.

Students can not be transported by other students to/from the event. NO EXCEPTIONS

I agree to release the Norwin School District and its employees from from all liability with reference to the stated transportation.
