The processing of any personal data requested and contained in this application relates exclusively to the organisation and management of the aforementioned event, by the IKY/NA ELO1 which has a legal obligation to implement the Erasmus+ Programme in Greece, and is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council on "the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the institutions, bodies, offices and agencies of the Union and on the free movement of such data".

The organisation and management of the event includes the implementation, documentation and monitoring of the event, as well as the creation of a list of participants, photos, videos (audiovisual material) and printed material for the event to facilitate the exchange between participants. The material shall be collected, distributed and/or disclosed by the organisers to national agencies, the European Commission, organisations and service providers involved in the event, without prejudice to the possibility of data transfer to the bodies responsible for inspection and control in accordance with EU legislation, and shall be kept for a period of at least five (5) years from the end of the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 Programme.

Your Surname, First Name, Organisation and possibly your Country will appear in the list of participants. You may submit a request to erasmusplus@iky.gr regarding access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning you or, where applicable, the right to object to processing. Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the European Data Protection Supervisor.

Specifically, the collection of audiovisual material is based on your consent that you may give by signing below. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time to erasmusplus@iky.gr. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

I give my consent to be photographed, recorded or videotaped, in order for such audiovisual material to be made available to the public by the European Commission and IKY/NA ELO1 on websites or other EU information tools, such as social media or electronic or print media.
