Does your child LOVE to sing? Perform for an audience? Then he/she should sign up for chorus this year! All rehearsals will be held on alternating Wednesdays after school in the ES Band Room until unless otherwise noted. Please pick up students in the elementary main lobby promptly between 4:15-4:30. Pickup is staggered because of the large amount of students. For safety reasons, you MUST show your child’s ID at the door at pickup time.
Chorus calendars will be distributed at the first rehearsal but I have also included the practice dates here. Please note that the choral calendar and any additional updated chorus information will be emailed to you if you provide your address. If you need additional hard copies of the chorus calendar at any time during the year, please let me know and I will provide you with one.
Attire for our concert will be dress clothes of any color (i.e., slacks, button down shirts, polos, skirts, dresses, etc.). Please do not buy any new clothing for these concerts...just do the best you can with what your child already has. Please advise me of any concerns in advance so that we can make alternate arrangements.
Parents and students, please look over and acknowledge the permission and agreement statement below. Chorus is a time-consuming and demanding commitment that must be taken seriously. Yet it is also extremely rewarding and fun too!
