Cookies By Lalita - Private Event Inquiry
Cookie class is fun, informal and great for a variety of ages. During class we will learn about royal icing, do some piping practice, and work together to decorate your very own set of sugar cookies. 

Classic Cookie Class (recommended for ages 4-12):
  • Starts at $280 for up to 8 students. Each additional student is $35.
  • Includes 4 cookies, 3-4 icing colors, coordinating sprinkles, a box to take home your creations, and step-by-step instruction.
  • Class duration is typically 1hrs.
Signature Cookie Class (recommended for ages 12+): 
  • Starts at $360 for up to 8 students. Each additional student is $45. 
  • Includes 6 cookies, 4 icing colors, coordinating sprinkles, a box to take home your creations, and step-by-step instruction.
  • Class duration is typically 1.5hrs.
Each participant will leave class with cookies that will be dry within 24-48 hours. Class includes live instruction, decorating tools, pre-baked cookies, pre-bagged icing, and a box to take home your creations in! Please note, depending on class location a travel fee may apply and participants under 18 require adult supervision.

Class is about 1-2 hours, PLUS about 30 minutes of set up and clean up.

I aim to leave your space just as tidy as when I arrived.

How many guests do you anticipate having? An estimate is good.

It is the hosts responsibility to give a final headcount 14 days before the event to ensure the correct amount of cookies and materials. You'll be invoiced for any additional guests and the invoice must be paid before class time. No additional guests may be added after that time. 
We've got everything set up so that the entire bill will be under one invoice in the host's name. Your guests pay you and you pay Cookies by Lalita - easy peasy!

Home, Office, or Away?

Whether you host at home, at your office, or prefer an external venue, I'm flexible!

It is the host's responsibility to ensure adequate work space that is not crowded. Space must include: chairs and a table space for each person large enough to comfortably fit a large cafeteria tray, with room on either side. Please also ensure that there is access to a working sink nearby. 

Alternatively, if you'd rather not host, I can arrange a class space for you, with venue fees added to the ticket price. Let's discuss the vibe you're after and find the perfect spot together!

Required
If you need to cancel the event for any reason, I will refund 50% of the class cost if you notify me before 20 days of the event. However, the full amount will be charged if the event is cancelled within 20 days. 

If I am the one who needs to cancel the class, I will offer a refund immediately no matter the timeframe in which I cancelled.
