The School of Health Promotion and Human Performance Mentor Program connects students enrolled in HPHP programs with professionals in their field(s) of interest who can offer advice and information about career options or other issues relevant to particular fields.
All students who have signed up are expected to attend a Mentoring Kickoff Luncheon and Workshop where you will have the opportunity to meet your alumni mentor in person, learn more about the mentoring program, and work with your mentor to develop goals and action steps for participation in the program. The date for the luncheon is Friday, September 28, 2012 in the EMU Student Center. If you are interested in participating in this program please complete and submit the application form below. You will be contacted in July with the name and contact information for the mentor with whom you are are paired. If you have any questions prior to completing this application, please contact Dr. Christine Karshin, HPHP School Director, at (734) 487-0090 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
