World Homeless Day, on 10 October each year, is an invitation to reach out to the most vulnerable people in our communities. Visit homeless-sunday.co.uk for ideas of how you can help.

It can be difficult to know where to start, and how best to make a difference. With this form you can reach people who can help you take your next steps.

In the Diocese of Nottingham, Bishop Patrick is encouraging us to take practical action with people who are homeless, or who are at risk of losing their home. And so the diocesan Justice and Peace Commission has teamed up with the Canaan Trust and YMCA Derbyshire. If you're in the diocese, and are moved to make a difference, let us know how we can help you by answering the questions below.
