Every Child a Swimmer Family Application
Here at Goldfish Swim School - American Fork, our passion for water safety knows no bounds! We believe in going above and beyond for our community and all the kiddos in it, but we understand there may be obstacles for some families seeking swim lessons for their little ones. 

In order to make swim lessons more accessible for all, we have partnered with the Every Child A Swimmer (ECAS) program to provide lessons for children in need! 

Please fill out the form below to apply for our three month program. If approved, your child will receive three months of swim lessons through grant funding provided by Every Child A Swimmer. 

Please note that all information provided in this form will only be shared with members of our leadership team and the Every Child A Swimmer organization.

*This is part of the information we are now required to collect under our 2025 grant agreement with ECAS. Funders often want to understand the demographics of children being served so they can see that resources are reaching diverse communities. By gathering this information, we strengthen our case for continued and expanded funding, which ultimately allows us to provide more scholarships.
