Health of Women in Academia
This is a survey conducted by an independent research team to study the systemic oppressions of women in higher education and how it can contribute to chronic stress that may lead to negative effects on one's physical and mental health. We are junior and senior researchers with University affiliations, but due to the sensitive nature of this project, we have chosen to conduct this study independently to further safeguard the privacy of our respondents.

The survey is intended for women-identified current or former graduate students, postdoctorates, adjunct faculty, lecturers, and tenured/untenured/detenured professors at academic institutions in the United States. This survey contains questions around sensitive topics relating to the workplace environment. You will remain anonymous, and your responses will only be used for the purpose of this study, unless you specify otherwise.

This survey should take fifteen to thirty minutes.
