Held in scenic downtown New Albany, the Boomtown Ball and Festival celebrates it's third anniversary this year! Visitors from all over have made the festival the success that it is, with thousands of patrons enjoying the hometown vibe that the event offers. Please fill out the form below to be a vendor at the Boomtown street festival in downtown New Albany, IN on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Sponsored by the city of New Albany, the festival will feature an outdoor stage with free live music from a wide variety of local and national musical acts, food trucks, a full bar, and hundreds of vendors.

PAYMENT
THIS EVENT IS PRE-PAY AS SPACE IS LIMITED. VENDORS MUST FILL OUT A FORM AND PAY TO SECURE A SPOT. Please note: WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT BY 7PM THURSDAY MAY 26TH to guarantee your spot.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
This event is being planned as a "rain or shine" event and the decision to cancel or go ahead with the event is solely the decision of The City of New Albany. No refunds will be given if the event takes place. That being said, if any vendors choose to cancel and give us 48 hour notice, we will refund any money that was pre-paid.

AGREEMENT & LIABILITY
As a vendor, you agree not to hold Primitive Economic Adventures L.L.C., any of its subsidiaries, Boomtown Festival, anyone employed by Primitive Economic Adventures LLC, the City of New Albany, and/or anyone employed by Boomtown Festival, responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen articles on market dates and further agree not to hold any of the aforementioned entities or persons responsible for any accidents or personal injuries, should they occur.

By filling out this form you agree to all guidelines and liability policies set forth herein this document. This agreement between Primitive Economic Adventures LLC, the City of New Albany, and you, the vendor, will be binding on both parties.

ELECTRICITY
Electricity for this event is available for an additional $20.  New Albany businesses that qualify for a free space must still pay for electricity if they require it.
