2025 Folk Festival Volunteers
PORT FAIRY FOLK FESTIVAL 
Friday 7th March to Monday 10th March

Dear Parents, Friends and Carers,

It’s that time of year again!  We are busy organising the St Pat’s Folk Festival BBQ and we need your help.  
As one of our major fundraising events for our School your contribution would be greatly appreciated by the P&F and the whole school community.  

There are 3 Options for Volunteering:
Please only select one

Option 1
Folkie BBQ Volunteers 
  - Two 5 hour shifts within the BBQ tent
  - $200 shall be credited towards your Volunteer Levy
  - Free Folk Festival Ticket
  - Free meal and drink for each shift

Option 2
Pack Up Volunteers
 - Pack up on Monday afternoon from 2pm
 - Heavy lifting required. 
 - $25 for every hour you work shall be credited towards your Volunteer Levy. 
   (Folk Festival ticket not required.)

Option 3
Youth Volunteer  (15 years of age and over)
  - One 5 hour shift
  - Free Youth Ticket
  - Free meal and drink for each shift

Please indicate below one preferred day, the committee will endeavour to cater requests but cannot guarantee.

If you are a successful volunteer, more information will be sent home within the coming weeks.
