We’re available for private and corporate events in downtown El Paso!
There is free street parking and a private parking lot that can be used if needed for no extra charge.
We provide all of the art supplies! (Canvas, easel if needed, paint, water cups, brushes, paper towels, paper plates, aprons, and instruction) Eight (8) person minimum, beginning at $35 each for 2 hour class. An extra hour may be added for a $100 flat fee.
Price per seat is dependent on canvas size. Everyone in the party must paint the same size.
11 x 14 inches $35 a seat
16 x 20 inches $40 a seat
*All fees are taxable.
The HOST is the person setting up the event and communicating with Paint With Ash. A non-refundable deposit of $50 - 100 (depending on class size) is required to hold your booking. The deposit goes toward the full price of the party. The host is reponsible for the entire payment and the balance must be paid in advance. Attendees will not be able to pay Paint With Ash individually, so the host will have to make arrangements or take payments from their guests if the guests are paying for their spots.
The balance of the party must be paid in full 24 hours for parties of 10 and less.
Parties of 11 and over must be paid in full 72 hours before the scheduled party.
If payment is not made by that time, it will be cancelled.
Cancellations and reschedules must be made more than 5 DAYS before the scheduled party.
