Temecula Mall Vendor Agreement
Thank you for your interest in attending the Temecula Mall event. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding.

General Policies
No Refunds or Date Exchanges: Once payment is made, no refunds or date exchanges are allowed.we book max 2 per same catalgory.
Weather Policy: In case of rain or high temperatures (30% chance or more), the event may be rescheduled based on the mall’s policies. If canceled, vendors will be given an option to participate in a rescheduled event but not receive a refund. The final decision rests with mall authorities.
Trash Policy: Leaving trash behind will result in a $65 fine, automatically deducted from your debit card. Vendors must clean up their own area and avoid using mall trash bins.
Event Commitment: Vendors must remain at the event for the full duration.

Setup Instructions
Saturday Setup: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM (No late setups allowed by security.)
Sunday Setup: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM (No late setups allowed by security.)
Setup Space: No setup diagram will be provided. Spaces are assigned upon arrival by the event coordinator.
Overnight Setup: Vendors booking for the full weekend may leave their canopies overnight if they have secure weights. Note: We are not responsible for missing items left overnight.
Canopies: Only white canopy tops No colored canopies permitted.

Vendor Requirements
Tables & Chairs: Vendors must bring their own. We do not provide tables, chairs, or canopy covers.
Product Display: Keep displays under 60 inches in height. Merchandise must be displayed neatly using racks, stands, or cases.
Pricing: Clearly label all products with visible price tags.
Storage: Store all merchandise and personal belongings under your table.

Payment & Refunds
No Refunds or Date Exchanges: Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
Payment Plans:
If you enroll in a payment plan but cancel it, you will be removed from our vendor list, and your space will be forfeited.
Do not submit payment until you receive acceptance via Instagram messages.
Vendors must follow up with the coordinator regarding their payment plan. If no notice is given within a week, the space will be forfeited.

Weather Conditions & Cancellations
Rain & High Temperatures: If there is a 30% chance of rain or extreme heat, the event may be rescheduled.
Rescheduling:
FTPE will work to reschedule if needed, but one-day rescheduling is not an option.
Vendors will be notified if rescheduling occurs.
No Refunds for Weather-Related Cancellations: Vendors will be given an opportunity to participate in the rescheduled event.

Marketing & Vendor Responsibilities
Social Media Engagement:
Tag @ForThePeopleEvents in your posts and stories.
Engage with event content and turn on post notifications for updates.
Promote your participation as well as the event and other vendors.
Photography & Videography: Photos and videos of vendor booths will be taken for marketing purposes.
Permits & Taxes: Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, and paying applicable taxes.
Dress Code & Professionalism
Respect the Event Coordinator: Follow any corrections or instructions given.
Dress Code:
Wear casual attire.
No pajamas allowed.
Represent your brand professionally through your attire.
Property & Liability Policies
Vendor Responsibility:
Vendors are responsible for securing their property at all times.
It is strongly recommended that vendors obtain insurance coverage for their merchandise and displays.
For The People Events LLC (FTPE) is NOT responsible for:
Loss, damage, or theft of vendor property.
Any injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring at the event.
Damage Policy: Vendors assume full responsibility for any damages caused to the event venue.
Security & Safety: Report any suspicious activity to event staff or security immediately.
Emergency Procedures
In Case of Emergency: Contact the event coordinator via Instagram message.
Vendor Preparedness: Vendors should have a personal emergency plan for their booth.
Incident Reporting: Any accidents, property damage, or security issues must be reported immediately.
