Please note that our models are responsible, safe, and legal. They have been trained using data obtained legally from our trusted data providers.
Unlike many other generative AI companies, our business model includes a process for paying royalties. When we sell the model for commercial use (not for research purposes), we employ a unique system: when an image is generated, we use its embedding vector to trace and identify the source images that contributed most significantly to its creation. We then pay royalties to the original artists. To date, we have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to artists. This approach is becoming an industry standard.
It is important for us that you understand this is our core business model—training and selling models, and then paying royalties to artists. We deeply respect our data contributors and their work.
Therefore, while we are happy to give you access to the model for research purposes and believe it is important to contribute back to the developer community, we ask that you keep our model secure. Please do not distribute it, and do not upload it to GitHub or any other platform where it could be freely downloaded by the public.
Your cooperation helps us continue our mission of supporting artists while advancing AI technology.
Clarification: The model is free for academic use. When publishing your research (on GitHub or other platforms), you may not upload the model weights file directly. However, you can link to our Hugging Face page . Any academic researcher who wishes to compare their work with yours or build upon your research will be granted access to the model upon request.
