Along with Criminal Defense Attorney Brian Bouffard of Ft Worth and Ethics Attorney Ruth King Kollman, we have drafted the following grievance against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

Speaking for myself, I am saddened that it has come to this, but we gave full notice to the Attorney General in the hopes that he would relent. I am totally non-partisan, and like many others am offended that the Attorney General seems to enjoy circumventing the U.S. Supreme Court. It makes our state -- as well as our over 94,400 licensed attorneys -- look bad if there is no one to speak up.
