It's time to put our heads together re: creative space building in Somerville. We would like to create a collaborative discussion around the needs of our community, key players, funding opportunities/obstacles, and goals/timelines. Let's share resources, consolidate efforts, brainstorm, and learn from one another. 

This discussion will being co-facilitated by the team at SOME, a new arts publication focused on Somerville and supported by the Somerville Media Fund. It seeks to uplift the local arts community by providing reliable niche coverage and publishing work by local artists across mediums. Eventually, it hopes to complement its publication with a physical space where it can bring together the creative community to collaborate on projects, run programming, and provide accessible rehearsal, performance, and exhibition opportunities.
