Programs and Services for Unpaid Caregivers
We are conducting a research study to learn more about programs and services that are offered to caregivers. We define caregivers as family members, friends and neighbours who provide unpaid support for people with care needs. We are particularly interested in learning about the extent to which these programs/services have been co-designed (created or adapted) based on caregiver input. We are also interested in learning about programs and services that give caregivers choice (for example, having access to a budget to purchase preferred resources or given a menu of services to choose from).

You are being contacted because you have been identified as a someone who has been involved in programs for caregivers that have included strong caregiver involvement or co-design approaches. We appreciate your support in helping us learn more about these types of programs. Even if you are just at the planning stages, we would love to hear more about it. In addition to your own work, you might know about other organizations or programs that incorporate the views of caregivers into their services. If so, you will see at the bottom of the survey a space to provide their contact information.

Please be informed that this is not an anonymous survey, as we would like to follow up with you if we need more information, or regarding opportunities to collaborate. If you have any questions please contact Dr. Kerry Kuluski (kerry.kuluski@sinaihealthsystem.ca).
