2026/2027 Sponsorships Request Form
Hello! 
This form is for departments, clubs and services looking to make a request for a product sponsorship for events. Thank you for making a request with our 2026/27 Sponsorships committee!

Please note that this form is only for product sponsorships and we will not be looking to acquire monetary sponsorships, if you wish to acquire monetary sponsorships this must be done independently. Feel free to contact sponsorship@susmcgill.ca for information on how to do this, or visit VP External office hours Tuesday 1:30-2:30 and Wednesday 1:00-2:00 in Burnside basement 1B21. 

When processing your request, we will most likely reach out with information/further questions so please provide a valid and monitored email address. 

Additionally, this form does not guarantee you a sponsor, the Sponsorships committee will do its best so please be patient and respectful.
