Kacper Malinowski's Run-On Sentence Grammar Lesson
Run on sentences are sentences that can stand alone, but are merged together which creates one long unnecessary sentence. We must avoid run-on sentences in our writing so whatever we write sounds better and doesn't drag on. You can break hop these sentences by putting a in a period, comma, semicolon, or a subordinating conjunction before one of the clause. An example of a subordinating conjunction before a clause is: He cannot play BECAUSE he is injured.
