Please read carefully before completing your enrolment.'Class' in the Condition of Enrolment outlined here refers to any term course for children or adults, workshop or school holiday program.

Refunds
Fees are non-refundable.

Missed Classes
There are no transfers, credits, refunds or make up turns if you miss a class or if your personal circumstances change. However, we allow for upto 4 classes missed during the summer break.

Art Materials
All art materials are provided by the class.

Holidays
We will be sending you a list of holidays at the beginning of each semester.

Punctuality
Out of respect to other students and teachers, children are requested to be punctual for class. Children should be escorted to and from the class by a parent, guardian or help.

Class Term
We have a six month term starting January and July each year. The term is calculated on the basis of 24 classes. Fees are collected in full at the beginning of each term. All fees are accepted via the website, The Art Studio Mumbai

Exhibition
Each year we host an annual exhibition for our students. The exhibition is held at a commercial gallery and is supplemented with many activities. There is a separate fee for the exhibition in order to cover gallery costs, stationary and other miscellaneous expenses. Although participation in the exhibition is not mandatory, we recommend that each student be a part of this enriching experience.
