U14 Field Hockey Commitment Letter
Unlike most schools, our Year 4-7 athletes practice during the school day. There are no after school or early morning practices. Please look at your child's schedule to see when his "GAMES" periods are.

Commitment is very important. Please carefully check the team schedule on Bluenet.
The commitment guidelines are as follows:  an athlete  cannot miss more than 2 games for any reason other than illness or family emergency. Breaking this commitment will result in ineligibility for the next competitive season. If a meet is rescheduled or added after this commitment form is signed, athletes will not be required to attend.

The associated cost with our U14 Field Hockey program is roughly $260. This cost covers a rental uniform fee, transportation, and a team photo.

Students who are selected for the team must have shin guards, soccer socks, and a mouth guard. If you have this during tryouts please bring them. If you are only buying them for tryouts please wait until your child is selected to purchase these items *
