We would like to be able to provide places to stay to enable people from out of town to come to BOD cheaply. This form is to collect information from people who both have places to stay and people who need somewhere to stay.

We will only place someone in a house for billeting if both parties approve the other, so you do have the option to just stay with people you know. You will have the opportunity to look through the info people have provided and make picks.

Important - filling in this form right now does not guarantee you a place to stay. It's just the first step in the process.

Unless otherwise arranged it is expected that hosts will provide:
- a comfy bed or couch, blankets and pillows
- shower and bathroom facilities

And that guests will
- bring their own towels and toiletries
- arrange their own food
