Come join this casual, slightly organized gathering of vanlifers and other nomads in the Southern California desert. 

Make new friends. Enjoy campfires under the stars. Bring a dish for the Friday night potluck.  Bring your mat for yoga. Pack a fun light up outfit for a Saturday night desert dance party. 

Borrego Springs has lots of unique things to do. Based on interest we can arrange outings to:  

• Visit the giant metal sculptures in the desert

• Explore the wind caves

• Get an epic vista of the badlands at Font’s point

• Throw stones onto Peg Leg’s monument for a chance to grow rich

• Hike through a slot canyon

• Drive switchbacks up the mountain 45 minutes to Julian for their famous pie

• Hike to desert oasis palm trees

And keep your fingers crossed for a 🌻 Super Bloom!

🔥 Fire Ground fires are not permitted in the Anza Borrego desert.  Please bring a fire pit if you have one. We are also looking for donations of/for propane.

“Our desert environment is particularly delicate and not suited for decomposition. For human waste, we encourage the use of WAG (waste alleviation gel) bags or other portable toilet options to keep the desert clean.” 

🚐 Be a courteous neighbor This is a leave no trace event, pack it in, pack it out.  There are no services so bring what you need.  This is not a Good Vibe Collective event, but I encourage you to take a moment to read their principles, as they apply to our gathering.
