Tournament Committee Volunteers Sign Up Form
Our events can't run without volunteers! We're in need of non-playing volunteers to help us run our events! The below roles are crucial to helping our roles run smoothly.  Tournament Volunteers are reimbursed for their travel and accommodation costs, as well as fed throughout the event. If you have any questions about the roles please email events@quidditchuk.org or volunteers@quidditchuk.org

Assistant Tournament Directors 
Responsible for “on the day” assisting and working with the Events Director. They will provide support, when necessary, to both committee members and the Events Director to ensure the timely delivery of actions. They will help to ensure morale and enthusiasm in the committee are high, and the Tournament Director feels supported. They will also take on a leadership role during the event itself by making themselves available to the public and to the committee/volunteers.
Operations Assistants
The first point of contact for tournament attendees.
Rescheduling volunteers if they need to be taken off a slot.
Receiving scoresheets & entering them on the spreadsheet and Quadball Scheduler.
Experience with excel spreadsheets is desirable.
Lead Pitch Manager

A central person for Pitch Managers to report to so players don’t need to go all the way to Ops tents.
Managing kit replacement in case of breakages
Overseeing setup/pack down of pitches and kit.

Runners
Assist other tournament staff by getting kit, scoresheets to where they need to go. 
Van Drivers

Main responsibilities include driving the van to pick up and transport equipment to and from QUK's storage unit to QUK fixtures, and loading and unloading the contents of the van. 

This role requires a clean, full licence and requires the post holder to be 25 years or older. It is preferred if the post holder is based near the storage unit in Mansfield, though not essential. We are looking to appoint two Van Drivers so that the workload of driving and loading can be shared.

Photographers
We're looking for photographers with a strong portfolio to take and edit photos at our events. This role will involve liaising with the Media Director to organise which games you will cover and be briefed on particular games or shots that are required by QUK.
