Please bear in mind when you apply that we will be checking your recent warn logs. If you feel we should overlook your past warns then there is a section at the bottom of this application where you can explain why and what you will do in the future to better your chances at a trainee slot. You may not be offered one in the first round offers but however, if you show remarkable improvement and your application was strong then you may be considered later down the line.
