EVENT RULES OUTLINE
-Cost will be  $15 for (15 invites sent with invite button)
-$20 NO INVITES . 

ALL  EVENTS WILL HAVE A $50 CASH GIVEAWAY FOR ALL WHO SHOP SMALL

This is to cover promoting the event, cost of flyers, raffle prizes etc. No refunds will be given, No refunds unless we cancel the event. Payments for the event are due at the time of booking, only payment secures your spot. We do not wait for vendors to book or hold spots due to the amount of inquiries we receive daily.
-Sellers can post up to 5 posts per day & 1 interactive post . 1 live per day (Will count as a post, 30 minutes max) If you do a live that counts as a post therefore you get 4 posts & 1 interactive post.
- Signing up for this event you have committed to posting 5x throughout the day and not all at once. (Example: Morning, Noon, Night)
-Vendors commit to commenting/GIFs  totaling 25x per day. Event success depends on how well we are interacting during the event week.
- The seller is responsible for shipping all items in a timely manner and should be shipped by the end of the event. Only exception is a custom order and that has been discussed between seller and shopper.
- The seller is responsible for collecting all payments owed to you. All sales are between you and the buyer if there is a concern or issue please contact an admin.
-We will have 20 vendors per event. Events will be twice a month.
- We will be rotating vendors at each event as well as companies & products. In order to grow our events we find that we need to keep things new and fresh for all those who come to shop. We know so many people that want a chance to grow their business and want to remain fair to all that want to join the fun.
-We book unique vendors at each event. We do not duplicate vendors, just because you make it doesn't mean you can sell it at the event. Please only post approved products. Any unapproved products will be deleted.
I will do a live for all vendors before the event to go over event layout, tips, any and answer questions you may have.


Raffle
- Admins will be providing raffle prizes. If you would like to donate a prize please let us know but it is not required. If you would like to do your own raffle or promotion during this event let us know so we can promote it for you.
 -Raffle tickets will also be given to people who purchase items.
-Raffle tickets will be given to those that book parties.
-Raffle tickets will be given to those who purchase custom orders
-Raffle tickets will be given to those that order a custom order.
-Raffle tickets will be given to those that sign up under a rep.
- When they make a sale tag them in the pinned post PLEASE! Shout out your sales, parties booked etc.
We will have a raffle at the end of each event. Raffle prizes will be provided by us. We will be raffling gift cards from different places (Starbucks, Amazon, Target etc).

-There will be pinned posts to add your links and VIP groups
Approved Vendors
Will be posted with booked vendors name and company
Thank you for your order
Vendors will tag anyone who placed an order, booked a party, custom order, and signed up as a rep.

Removing Posts
You will need to remove all posts by Sunday by Noon.
To get admin invite

1. Join the group/ Booked Vendor group
2. If you signed up for invites please get those sent out (20 invites)
3. Post your shopping link in the shopping links post on the pinned post.
4. Please make sure to read this entire post so you know what is expected during the event.

Once you have completed everything let me know so I can send out admin status.
Payment Options
Once you make payment it secures your spot, please send us a screen shot and we will add you as a friend, to the shopping evenPayment Optionst, and to a booked vendor group a week before the event.
