REGISTRATION FORM

Points to note before filling out the form for participant

1. A student can participate in only One out of the Offline Competitions (19th Oct 2022) and can also participate in Online E-Sports Tournament (18th Oct 2022) alongside, if interested.
2. Registration fees for each event is Rs.100/- (One Hundred Rupees only). Rs.85/- for Participation and Rs.15/- for GST.  
3. Before filling this form,
 make sure you complete the payment and have the receipt with you to attach in this form.
4. If you do not wish to participate in any of the competitions, you can be an audience and enjoy the event.
5. Student's identity card copy needs to be attached.
6. Proof of registration fee is mandatory, in case of false responses the registration will be nullified.
7. The fees once paid for registration are non Refundable/refundable or transferable. 
7. The registrations are open till October 17, 2022, 9.00 PM (Monday).

Procedure to make the payment (Registration Fee)
1. Click the link.
2. Select institution Name- XIM university.
3. Select fees name-CONCORDIA and enter captcha.
4. Fill all the mandatory fields.
5. Select any one payment method- Razorpay or SIB pay gate.
6. Payment can be made by DEBIT/CREDIT/UPI/QR/Net banking.
7. After successful payment the money receipt will be generated instantly.
8. Do not forget to take a Screenshot of the money receipt once the payment is successful.

Note: If you are a teacher/faculty/staff/student leader, representing a particular School or College, you need not fill the individual registration form. Please contact the below-mentioned student representatives for sending the list of participants through Google/Excel Sheet. After that, click the PAYMENT GATEWAY LINK to directly proceed with the organization payment.
