In my serving role at Shine Kids, I'm partnering with families to equip a new generation to follow Christ, be changed by Christ and to be on mission for Christ. I agree to conduct myself in a manner that will bring glory to God and I will lead by example. I will use speech that is uplifting to others - no gossip or cursing.

During my time serving, I will help engage children in a fun and safe environment and understand I may not use my cell phone while with the children. I will interact with others and engage in the learning process. I will not "hang out" at the back of the room, in the hallway or foyer, talking, eating or becoming a distraction.

I understand, as a part of the Shine Kids Ministry, the importance of preparing for my responsibilities, arriving on time, and contacting my team leader if I'm unable to serve at my scheduled time.

Leading kids spiritually is a high calling. In order to be prepared in the best way possible, I will place a high value on my personal time with Jesus.

I understand the expectation that Shine Bible Fellowship has of its volunteers and I am committed to doing my best to fulfill these expectations. My role is to work with adult leaders in the class and follow all rules/instructions/guidelines. I will exhibit responsibility, dependability and integrity.
