Thank you for your interest in LooMUN IV, Loomis Chaffee's fourth annual Model UN conference! LooMUN IV will take place on Saturday, April 12th, 2026. We are excited to welcome delegations from schools across the region to participate in this dynamic one-day conference.

LooMUN requires all delegations to complete this brief form to secure their spot at the conference.

Registration Deadline: December 18th, 2025

By registering, your school is committing to sending a delegation to attend LooMUN IV. Each delegate is expected to submit a one-page position paper before the conference in order to be eligible for awards. Information on position papers can be found here. Further details on committee assignments, conference logistics, and topic guides will be shared upon confirmation of your delegation's participation. 

The conference will be charging an all-in fee of $25 per delegate, payable by the above registration deadline. In the event you need to cancel or reduce your number of delegates, we are able to refund half the fee ($12) per cancelled delegate as long as we are notified at least 72 hours prior to the start of the conference. Details on how to pay this fee will be communicated directly with the delegation after completion of this form
