The West Deptford Technology Department has temporarily disabled submissions of this form. This form was created in response to a need during full virtual learning and is currently turned off now that students are back to in person instruction. Should the need arise to return to virtual learning this form will be reenabled.

HS and MS students should report Technology issues to the laptop repair facilities located in library of their respective buildings during the school day.

Elementary Students should report Technology issues to their classroom teacher who will then utilize the internal Trouble Trakker system to notify the Technology Department. Thank you
