A New Hope Confections: Date Change or Cancellation Request
Date Change: For any date change just let us know the new travel dates, and we will move your order. If you have ordered a special monthly box we will reach out to see what you would like as a replacement.

Cancellation: We understand that things can happen that are out of your control, and we want to make sure you're taken care of.

We offer two types of cancellations:
-Outside of 3 days we are happy to refund, move your order to a future date, or offer a

-Cancellations within 3 days of your arrival must have a valid medical/personal reason (we are not monsters) and must be communicated to us via messenger on Facebook as well as this form.  Within 76 hours we do not offer a refund, but can offer a date change or gift certificate for a future shipping date.

All custom orders have a cancellation fee of $20 (This does not apply to agent customs, this applies to only one off customs for individuals).
