This form is for graduates completing their courses by the end of the Summer 2014 sessions only. If you wish to walk in the Spring 2014 ceremony, you must apply by May 1, 2014.

If you will be taking courses during Fall 2014 to complete your degree, please fill out the Fall 2014 Graduation Application which will be posted on September 26, 2014

Prior to applying for graduation it is recommended that you meet with your Academic Advisor to complete a preliminary graduation audit.

The deadline to apply for Summer 2014 Graduation is June 13, 2014.

No late applications will be accepted
