Thank you for bringing your product/service and energy to WellFest '25, we are blessed to have you be apart of our offering. It is our aim to create a supportive and abundant space for each other to thrive and celebrate community.
The exchange for you setting up your offering at Wellfest is the cost of a Festival ticket. An added extra for you is the invitation to arrive on site & stay the day prior, which is set-up & pre-party day, as well as stay an extra day after for wind-down, pizza, celebration and completion. There is availability for you to arrive & stay earlier if pre-arranged with us.
The information you provide below will ensure that we can be supportive to you in selecting location for you. The space you are designated during the festival we invite & encourage to make your own, to play, get creative to what feels high vibration for you. We endeavour to bring people together into designated product & offerings areas so that the energy can be matched and create a vibe for you all.
To clarify that all gear onsite will be needed for facilitating the festival, so tables, chairs, power cables etc everything you need will need to provided by you.
It is important that if we provide you with a site for offering that you are committed to offering this for at least 8 hours of the day and not setting up an unattended space for a majority of the time and to clarify that your set up & stock is your responsibility during the festival.
